Sigrid has a Bachelor of Graphic Design from Emily Carr University, and has 19 years of experience in the communication design field, first as employee, then partner, then principal of her own studio. Her roles include project and print management, art direction for print and web projects, and CSS/XHTML coding. Her experience in employee communications has led to an interest in that field, and inspired her own staffing philosophy. She also has expertise in internal branding from a past position as Visual Communications Specialist at Penn State University.

Intermediate Communication Designer
Aldea is a graduate of the IDEA diploma program at Capilano University in North Vancouver. She is responsible for concept, design and production of both print and web projects. Aldea is also an accomplished painter and illustrator in various media, and has an expertise in web design and CSS/XHMTL coding.
